10080 minutes of paleo!
In this newly begun second half of these 77 days about vitality, I’m committing for a sub-challenge for the next 7 days at least: I’ll be eating paleo for the upcoming 7 days (starting tomorrow, Tuesday). Paleo is basically excluding dairy, cereal products and processed foods. I’ve already done that before and even though it felt really good I’ve become sloppy with it for no reason. Recently, my diet has been sugar free and gluten minimalistic but I want to go back to a proper paleo diet and see how much it’s effecting the sense of wellbeing in my own skin and the energy levels of my own body toward the better.
